EVOO - Generoso is our signature product, a premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a bold, fruity flavor and medium intensity. Crafted from a blend of carefully selected Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, and Dolce Agogia olives, hand-harvested at early ripeness between late October and early November, it embodies the finest traditions of Italian olive oil production.

What makes it special:

• Olive blend and terroir: grown in calcareous soil with a mix of rocky and clay-rich terrain, at altitudes between 300–600 meters;
  
  
• Quick cold extraction: olives are processed within 12 hours of harvest using cutting-edge Alfa Laval X4 continuous cycle machines, preserving flavor and nutrients;
  
  
• Bold and versatile flavor: perfect for enhancing grilled meats, roasted vegetables, hearty soups, bruschetta, or any dish requiring a robust, fruity taste.
